Job summary

Quotient (A VTG Company) is seeking a Software Developer to design, develop, test, and sustain software for the JAMMEX program. You will work across the SDLC to deliver secure, scalable code that meets DoD cyber guidelines and system requirements.

The role requires 5+ years in software development, a Secret clearance preferred, and DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification. Remote/east coast work options are available, with Maryland preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/IT or 4+ years relevant experience.
• 5+ years of software development and sustainment experience.
• Secret clearance preferred; DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and sustain software applications for the JAMMEX program.
• Write clean, secure code based on requirements and user stories.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with systems engineers, application programmers, and QA/test engineers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain technical documentation.
• Remediate vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with DoD IA guidelines.
