Job summary

ABC Fitness ищет опытного разработчика Backend на Go для работы над сервисами и API, поддержкой архитектуры и интеграцией с CRM Xlerate. Требуется опыт проектирования API и сервис-ориентированных бэкендов, знание MongoDB и AWS, а также дисциплина в ng Agile/CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Степень бакалавра в области информатики или смежной области.
• 4+ года опыта в общем-purpose языке программирования; 2+ года на Go.
• Опыт проектирования API и сервис-ориентированных бэкендов.
• Знание MongoDB.
• Понимание Agile/Lean/Continuous Delivery.
• Знание принципов тестирования и качества ПО.
• Умение быстро обучаться новым технологиям и системам.
• Опыт работы с системами контроля версий.
• Сильные письменные и устные коммуникативные навыки.
• Опыт работы с CRM желателен.
• Знание SQL и реляционных БД.

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать бэкенд-сервисы на Go в составе нашей delivery-команды.
• Разрабатывать и поддерживать API и логику сервисов, которые поддерживают платформу Glofox и CRM Xlerate.
• Работать с CircleCI, AWS и MongoDB по мере необходимости.
• Сотрудничать с разработчиками, продакт-менеджерами и тестировщиками для поставки надежных инкрементов.
• Участвовать в ревью кода, тестировании и совершенствовании процессов поставки.
• Работать в энергичной, дружелюбной к клиенту кросс-функциональной команде.
• Использовать современные Agile & Lean подходы с DevOps и CI/CD.

Задачи:

• Design and develop backend services using Go as part of our delivery
• Build and maintain APIs and service logic that power the communications on the Glofox platform and its CRM solution: Xlerate
• Work with Circle CI, AWS and MongoDB as needed for feature delivery
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and testers to ship reliable increments
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of our delivery practices
• Work with an energized, fun, friendly and customer-focused cross-functional team
• Use cutting edge Agile & Lean ways of working underpinned by DevOps and CI/CD

Требования:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field exp. preferred
• 4+ years of experience with a general-purpose programming language, 2+ in Golang
• Experience designing and maintaining APIs and service-oriented backends, including webhooks and event-driven systems
• Knowledge of MongoDB
• Solid understanding of the practical application of agile development methods in an Agile/Lean/Continuous Delivery environment
• Knowledge of modern Quality and Testing principles
• Comfortable learning new technologies and systems
• Basic knowledge of code versioning tools
• Strong written and verbal communication
• AND IT'S GREAT TO HAVE: Prior CRM or club-management experience
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Exposure to AWS or similar cloud platforms
• Knowledge of tooling around continuous deployment

Compensation:

Compensation for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and market considerations. The anticipated compensation range for this position is - 230,000.00 - 250,000.00 PLN- annually. In addition to base compensation, eligible employees may be offered other forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commissions, equity, or other incentive programs, where applicable. Compensation and benefits may vary by location and are subject to applicable legal, business, and market requirements.
