M. J. Electric, LLC seeks a Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain applications across its enterprise. You will work with the Application Development team to modernize legacy tools and deliver new solutions, leveraging AI-assisted development practices while ensuring quality and security.

You will gather end-user requirements, write build plans, code, test, and document while staying current with industry trends. 0-2 years of experience preferred, with SOX compliance in focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/MIS or related field.
• 0-2 years of application development preferred.
• Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core and front-end tech.
• Experience with AI coding assistants and code review.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications, websites, and systems for MJE and subsidiaries.
• Gather end-user requirements; develop build plans and project scopes.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate coding and testing while ensuring security and standards.
• Create and maintain user documentation; train users as needed.
• Support SOX compliance and stay current with emerging tech and trends.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues promptly.
