The role collaborates with Business Analysts, builds solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, and supports production systems with a strong emphasis on code quality and automation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with C#, .NET Framework/.NET, VB.NET, SQL Server, REST APIs.
• Experience collaborating with Business Analysts and stakeholders.
• Experience with AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Microsoft Copilot).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Analysts and stakeholders to clarify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create technical specifications, solution designs, data models, and workflow diagrams.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions focused on scalability, maintainability, security, and long-term supportability.
• Estimate development effort and identify technical risks early in the process.
• Develop and maintain applications using C#, VB.NET, Power Platform, and REST APIs.
• Support CI/CD, testing, production deployment, and documentation.
