Job description

Responsible for consulting on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering; review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors; contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables; strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel; utilize JavaScript, JSON, jQuery, JSP, XML, CSS, Bootstrap, HTML, and MVC to perform duties; develop Gen AI applications using LLMs, agentic frameworks, and related technologies; integrate AI models with enterprise systems and Cloud products; work with Java, Python, OpenShift containers, and large-scale applications, and stay ahead with advancements in AI and apply them to real-world solutions; troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues; and lead teams, ensure risk compliance, and assist junior engineers.

Location: Detroit, MI and various unanticipated worksites throughout the US;

Salary: $130,735 per year;

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);

Experience: Two (2) years in the position above, as a Software Developer, as a Software Engineer, or in a related occupation;

Other Requirements: Experience must include two (2) years' use of all the following: JavaScript, JSON, jQuery, JSP, XML, CSS, Bootstrap, HTML, and MVC.

Will also accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience.
