LMC is seeking an AI-enabled Application Developer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and enjoys taking ideas from concept to production. The role blends modern Microsoft technologies with legacy VB and VB.NET, while embracing AI-assisted development practices.

You will work with Business Analysts to translate requirements into technical designs, build with C#, .NET, SQL Server and Power Platform tools, and support deployments and production support with a focus on security,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of professional software development experience.
Experience delivering solutions through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience with C#, .NET, VB.NET, SQL Server, and REST APIs.
Experience with AI development tools and evaluating emerging AI capabilities.
Ability to work with Business Analysts and stakeholders across technical levels.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with Business Analysts to clarify requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Create technical specifications, data models, and workflow diagrams.
Participate in solution architecture discussions focused on scalability, maintainability, security, and long-term supportability.
Prototype concepts quickly to validate requirements and accelerate feedback.
Design and support solutions using C#, .NET, Power Platform, and REST APIs while maintaining legacy VB/VB.NET apps.
Develop automated tests and support CI/CD deployments; provide production support and maintain documentation.
