Job summary

SkillStorm offers a structured software career path starting with 12 weeks of paid, hands-on training on real, team-based projects, followed by deployment to enterprise or government clients effective day one. You'll complete 12 weeks of paid, hands‑on training on real, team‑based projects, then deploy directly to an enterprise or government client, effective day one. You don't pay for this. It's a paid role with a clear path from "qualified" to "deployed professional".

We're looking for people at the start of their technical careers, including recent graduates, career changers with a technical foundation, and transitioning service members and veterans, who have the fundamentals, the drive, and want a structured route into enterprise software work.

Are you eligible?

You likely are if you have either of the following:

• A bachelor's degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or similar)
• At least 1 year of technical work experience

You’ll also need a working grasp of programming fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, databases and SQL, and software development in an object‑oriented language like Java or C#.
