SkillStorm Commercial Services LLC is offering a paid, structured entry path for early-career technologists. You will complete a 12-week, paid training program and then move directly into an enterprise or government client project with day-one deployment.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (CS, IT, SE, or similar).
• One or more years of technical work experience.
• Working knowledge of programming fundamentals, data structures, and databases/SQL.
• Experience with object-oriented languages such as Java or C#.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve applications using client languages, frameworks, and tools.
• Produce clean, efficient, well-organized code meeting professional standards.
• Troubleshoot defects and provide technical support.
• Take part in code reviews and give/receive constructive feedback.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Assist with testing and production deployments and keep docs up to date.
• Stay current on industry tools and practices through continued training.

SkillStorm prepares technology talent for Fortune 100 enterprises and U.S. government agencies. Over 12 weeks of paid, hands‑on training, you'll work on real projects as part of a team, then go straight to an enterprise or government client, effective day one. There's no tuition and no cost to you. This is a paid position with a defined path from "qualified" to "deployed professional."

We want people who are early in their technical careers, including recent graduates, career changers with a technical background, and transitioning service members and veterans. If you have the fundamentals and the motivation, and you're looking for a structured way into enterprise software work, we want to hear from you.

What it takes to qualify. You're likely a match if you bring these:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or similar)
• One or more years of technical work experience

Along with either path, you'll need a working knowledge of programming fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, databases and SQL, and software development in an object‑oriented language such as Java or C#.
