You'll start with 12 weeks of paid, hands-on training on real, team-based projects, then deploy directly to an enterprise or government client, effective day one. This isn't a program you pay for. It's a paid position with a clear path from "qualified" to "deployed professional."

We're looking for people early in their technical careers, including recent graduates, career changers with a technical foundation, and transitioning service members and veterans, who have the fundamentals and the drive and want a structured route into enterprise software work.

Who qualifies?

You're likely a fit if you have:

• A bachelor's degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or similar)
• At least 1 year of technical work experience

You'll also need a working grasp of programming fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, databases and SQL, and software development in an object-oriented language such as Java or C#.

• Sharp problem-solving and logical reasoning skills
• Clear written and verbal communication with teammates and stakeholders
• Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance
• Willingness to relocate for client placement
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on SkillStorm's W2 (not a C2C arrangement)
