SkillStorm is offering a paid, 12-week training program that leads to deployment with Fortune 100 enterprises or U.S. government agencies.

The program targets early-career technologists, including new grads and career changers with a tech foundation, and transitioning service members. Eligible candidates have a bachelor's in a technical field and at least one year of experience, plus fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, databases/SQL, and OO languages like Java or C#.

• Participate in code reviews and give/receive constructive feedback.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications with stakeholders.
• Support testing, production deployment, and maintain technical documentation.

You'll start with 12 weeks of paid, hands-on training on real team-based projects, then deploy directly to an enterprise or government client, effective day one. You don't pay for this program; it's a paid role from the start, with a clear path from "qualified" to "deployed professional."

We're looking for people early in their technical careers, including recent graduates, career changers with a technical foundation, and transitioning service members and veterans. Are you qualified?

You likely are if you have the following:

• A bachelor's degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or similar)


• At least 1 year of technical work experience

You’ll also need a working knowledge of programming fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, databases and SQL, and software development in an object-oriented language like Java or C#.
