Overview

This role is for a hands-on developer who can take ownership of an existing software platform, manage and continue its development, and use AI and automation to improve business operations. You'll need to understand the full scope of the system - not just the code - including how it connects with other tools, how data and workflows move across the business, and what additional processes can be integrated or automated. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can understand a business need, determine the right technical approach, execute it, and make sure the solution works in the real world.
