Qualifications

6+ years of experience in backend development, or 4 years with a master's degree.

Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Top Secret (TS)/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.
Bachelor’s degree preferably in an IT related field and a minimum of 6 years of related experience; or a master’s with 4 years of experience; an Associates with 8 years of experience.
Extensive backend development experience with JavaScript’s programming language and how it applies to ServiceNow, along with ServiceNow Glide.
ServiceNow developer certification, preferably Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Understanding of and support with best practices across both commercial and federal sectors as it relates to workflow and process management.
Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to team with industry partners.
Ability to estimate work effort requirements efficiently and appropriately.
Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong public speaking skills and professional demeanor required.
Experience in scrum and agile frameworks for development to include task management, performing stand-ups and sprint reviews, gathering requirements, and creating documentation.
Must remain on the client site during Program core hours of 0900-1500.
