Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex operational challenges into well-defined, practical technical solutions
• Architect and lead full-stack development of large-scale operational software, owning engineering decisions to build robust and maintainable systems
• Stay current with evolving technologies and actively contribute to upgrading the team’s technology stack
• Support the growth of junior team members through technical mentorship and knowledge sharing
• Balance development of new solutions with maintenance and support of existing tools to ensure continuous operational excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Seven (7) or more years of software development experience with a strong track record of working with ambiguous, high-level requirements
• Demonstrated ability to partner with non-technical stakeholders to clarify problems and drive toward well-defined solutions
• Full-stack development experience, with proven record of designing and architecting modern web applications from the ground up
• Proficient in frontend development with modern single-page applications; experience with Vue.js preferred but not required
• Strong backend development skills in Python; familiarity with FastAPI is a plus
• Expertise in relational database schema design, querying, and performance tuning
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally
