Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated Software Configuration Manager to join our team in Doral, FL. You will support the establishment and maintenance of consistent and reliable system configurations and collaborate with technical teams to integrate CM practices into the development lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Software or IT Configuration Management, familiarity with SDLC, scripting or automation, and CM-related certifications is a plus. A current security clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• Two (2) or more years of Software or IT Configuration Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain consistent and reliable system configurations.
• Develop and implement configuration management plans and procedures, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Participate in configuration audits and analyze configuration data for improvements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate configuration management into the development lifecycle.
• Support CMDBs, version control systems, and change management processes.
