Technology Resource Experts, LLC is seeking an experienced Configuration Manager to join our growing team in the United States. You will oversee configuration management for development and operational systems, establish baselines, and promote CM discipline across the full system life cycle.

You will work with development and operations teams, implement CM policies, and perform change control and audits. We offer flexible compensation options and generous benefits, with a projected salary range

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
• BS degree plus 8 years of experience.
• Experience with development and operations CM baselines.
• Ability to implement CM policies and procedures.
• Ability to perform change control and CM audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage configuration baselines across development, test, and production.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams on CM needs.
• Recommend automated CM tools and processes.
• Develop or modify CM plans, policies, and procedures.
• Support full life-cycle CM from requirements to end-of-life.
• Perform configuration audits and change control.
