Job summary

Aroghia Group in Beaverton, OR seeks an experienced Software Asset Manager to lead enterprise SAM programs and optimize software licensing across global IT assets.

You will interpret complex license terms, manage various licensing models, and drive audit readiness while collaborating with procurement, IT, and vendors. Proficiency with ServiceNow SAM Pro, Flexera, or Snow is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Software Asset Management in a global enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of software licensing models (user-, device-, SaaS-based).
• Experience interpreting license agreements into controls and insights.
• Audit readiness and response experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Job description

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Software Asset Management or Licensing Management in a global enterprise environment.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise software licensing models (e.g., user-based, device-based, subscription, cloud/SaaS).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro, Flexera, Snow, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with software compliance frameworks and audit response practices.
• Proven ability to interpret and translate complex license agreements into actionable controls and insights.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management
• ITAM/SAM certifications (e.g., CSAM, CITAM, ISO 19770)
• Experience defending software audits or leading true-up negotiations
• Background in enterprise software procurement or vendor management
