Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or technology with 10 years of experience.
• Master’s degree in a related field with less than 5 years of experience, or 0 years with a PhD.
• Experience with Object-Oriented Analysis (OOA) / Object-Oriented Design (OOD) techniques.
• Experience performing software architecture for engineering teams.
• Experience with C++ and Python programming.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative team environment.
• Active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop a common architectural vision across teams to deliver an integrated set of products and tools.
• Define, document, and communicate software architecture and designs to engineering teams.
• Verify and support successful implementation of architecture across projects.
• Resolve complex technical issues across teams and facilitate agreement among groups with differing goals.
• Be available for occasional travel within the United States to meet program needs.
