Job summary

CohesionForce is actively seeking a Software Modeling & Simulation Engineer to join our Huntsville team. The role supports the software lifecycle from requirements analysis through integration and delivery, with a focus on modeling and simulation using C/C++. You will work within a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.

Requirements include US citizenship and an active Secret security clearance, with travel up to 5% as needed to support mission objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• Experience with C/C++ and software modeling & simulation.
• Full software life cycle development including design, architecture and integration & test.
• Ability to work with multi-disciplined teams and in a fast-paced environment.
• Active Secret security clearance; US citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, conducts, and coordinates software development activities.
• Designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs software with modeling & simulation focus.
• Ensures software standards are met and supports SDP-compliant delivery.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet mission requirements.
