Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a Software Engineer to join a high-energy Scrum team focused on building robust software with automated pipelines. You will contribute to a culture of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always while delivering secure, well-architected code across C#, Java or JavaScript stacks.

You will work on designing and maintaining applications, participate in planning, and collaborate with QE, ops, and support to ensure smooth deployments and operation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development for small to medium business environments.
• Proficient in one or more of: C#, Java, JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft tech stack and OO design.
• Understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with RESTful services development and SOA concepts.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and Agile engineering practices.
• Experience with Python, C/C++, MySQL, Apache, Nginx, Redis, jQuery, Knockout.js.
• Experience working with legacy code.
