This position involves working in the computer field performing data analysis, design, development, documentation, testing, or modification of reporting systems or programs. The primary technologies include SQL Server Reporting Studio (SSRS) and Power Business Intelligence (PBI). The role combines technical expertise with business-oriented tasks.
Responsibilities
- Maintain planning, monitoring, and reporting processes, including documentation, to ensure timely report development.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand report requirements and align software solutions with organizational goals.
- Analyze requests to ensure complete requirement gathering.
- Develop SQL Server Reports or Power BI dashboards.
- Address user needs, ensuring report and dashboard solutions meet end-user requirements.
- Contribute to enterprise reporting systems development and coding.
- Participate in issue identification, process impact analysis, and solution development.
- Communicate project updates effectively and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain documentation related to software development, standards, and user manuals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Suggest process improvements and innovative solutions.
- Participate in training and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion principles.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, data privacy, cybersecurity, and safety standards.
- Support Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental policies.
- May require travel and punctuality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Accredited four-year degree or equivalent in a relevant field plus three years of experience, or seven years of experience without a degree.
- Significant experience with SSRS reports and PBI dashboards.
- Experience with SQL databases.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows domain architecture and Active Directory security management.
- Effective communication skills with diverse audiences.
- Ability to learn applicable laws and regulations.
- Attention to detail and time management skills.

Salary Range
$84,000 to $146,000.
