Job Description: UDR is seeking qualified candidates for a Software Applications Specialist (Power Platform) opportunity to support an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) project.

Work Location: Aiken, SC
Position: Software Applications Specialist I (Power Platform)
Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled professional for an in-office position in Aiken, SC. This role involves architecting, building, and implementing collaboration solutions to leverage Microsoft 365 GCC High Power Platform capabilities. The ideal candidate is a Power Automate Workflow developer with comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft stack, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Scope

The Specialist I possesses in-depth knowledge within a specific IT area, applying it to diverse assignments. This role involves collaborating with customers, vendors, industry consultants, and management to drive results, supporting workflow-related IT projects, and potentially guiding other IT staff.

Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Maintain critical planning, monitoring, and reporting processes, along with documentation, to ensure timely project completion.
  2. Work with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and align solutions with organizational goals.
  3. Lead project status meetings, confirm milestones, and achieve goals.
  4. Assist in design, testing, and deployment of workflow development projects under senior guidance.
  5. Ensure Power Platform solutions meet end-user needs with a customer-focused approach.
  6. Contribute to software development and coding of enterprise applications.
  7. Participate in issue identification, process impact analysis, and solution discussions.
  8. Demonstrate proficiency in relevant programming frameworks and tools.
  9. Communicate project updates effectively and escalate issues as needed.
  10. Maintain documentation related to development standards and user manuals.
  11. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
  12. Contribute ideas for process improvements and innovative solutions.
  13. Participate in training and knowledge-sharing activities.
  14. Promote Equity & Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) principles.
  15. Ensure compliance with IT policies, data privacy, cybersecurity standards, and global standards.
  16. Support Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies.
  17. Develop and apply core skills to the job.
  18. Travel as required for business purposes.
  19. Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
  20. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field plus five years of related experience, or nine years of experience without a degree.

- Effective communication skills across various audiences.

- Technical knowledge necessary for the role.

- Ability to learn applicable laws and guidelines.

- Attention to detail and time management skills.

Additional Requirements
  • Proof of US citizenship.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Applications in GCC High, including SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, and Data Compliance tools.
  • Experience transforming legacy SharePoint workflows to modern Power Automate flows.
  • Knowledge of Government Compliance, Data Security, NIST 800-171, and CMMC frameworks is a plus.
  • Experience with data and document management workflows, engineering and construction processes, and application support.
  • Experience with change management, release management, and incident ticketing.
  • Ability to develop and execute queries and reports.
Working Conditions

Indoor office environment or remote work adhering to telecommuting policies. May include project worksites with varying environmental conditions.
