Qualifications

• 3+ years of landscape installation experience
• 1+ years leading a crew
• Ability to read landscape plans and manage materials
• Valid driver’s license and ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs
• Reliable, self-motivated attitude and pride in your work

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew through all phases of softscape installation: planting, grading, drainage, and full landscape builds
• Read landscape plans, lay out job sites, and keep projects on schedule
• Train crew members and uphold Teddy's quality standards
• Operate equipment from hand tools to heavy machinery
• Communicate with clients on site in a professional, friendly way
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
