Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Livonia, MI, covering a range of positions involved in lawn and landscape maintenance.
Team members may be responsible for tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, fertilizing, and general yard cleanup, as well as planting, mulching, and basic landscape installation.
Daily work includes operating and maintaining lawn care equipment, following safety procedures, and meeting quality standards for each property serviced.
Staff collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to complete scheduled jobs efficiently, respond to customer requests, and ensure all work areas are left clean and orderly.
Depending on the position, responsibilities may also involve seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, snow clearing support, and minor outdoor repairs.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical outdoor work for extended periods, including lifting, bending, and operating landscaping equipment in various weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of lawn care and landscaping practices, or willingness to learn on the job with guidance from experienced team members.
• Commitment to safety, including following company protocols for equipment use, protective gear, and site procedures.
• Strong reliability and time management, with the ability to arrive on time, follow schedules, and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• Clear communication skills to work effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and customers in a professional manner.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to the Livonia, MI worksite; ability to drive company vehicles is a plus.
• Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or facilities maintenance is beneficial but not required; training may be provided.
