Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates expertise in the Member Engagement Process and coaches sales associates.
• Keeps the Softlines and Homes areas merchandised, in stock, clean, signed, and easy to shop.
• Executes opening and closing procedures and adheres to cash handling processes.
• Assists Members in finding products and uses integrated retail tools to enhance the shopping experience.
• Maintains price integrity and signage on the sales floor and assists leadership with plan execution.
