Sun & Ski Sports is seeking a Softgoods Coordinator to lead our Apparel and Footwear departments with energy and purpose. You will guide a customer-focused, high-performing team dedicated to delivering an outstanding shopping experience through service, merchandising excellence, and a fun, interactive environment.

You will drive results, streamline processes, and help cultivate a team culture based on teamwork, excitement, and success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of management experience in a retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, shrink reduction, and inventory control.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with vendors, teammates, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations including opening and closing.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Train and develop team members in selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Increase sales through knowledge sharing and enthusiastic leadership.
• Analyze store performance and implement action plans to drive results.
