Christy Sports in Colorado is seeking a Softgoods Supervisor to lead the Softgoods sales team in a full‑time seasonal role, with potential to transition to year‑round based on performance. You will drive service, drive sales, and manage inventory in a ski‑and‑sport environment.

The role requires delivering excellent customer experiences, coaching staff, and maintaining product knowledge across softgoods categories while handling a dynamic schedule and routine store operations.

Formación

• Love to ski or snowboard and some knowledge of how it all works.
• Have basic computer skills.
• English fluency, written and verbal.
• Need to be flexible in your schedule to get the most out of ski time, including working split shifts, nights, holidays and weekends.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and regularly lift 25 pounds.
