Christy Sports is seeking a Softgoods Sales Associate to help guests look good, perform better, and feel confident on the mountain. You will bring your passion for skiing or snowboarding, fashion sense, and technical knowledge to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving sales and managing our gear collection.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and friendly; enjoys talking gear and mountain style all day.
• Interest in skiing or snowboarding or eagerness to learn.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, weekends, and split shifts.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic computer skills for processing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests to create a fun shopping experience.
• Understand customer needs and guide gear and style choices.
• Demonstrate product knowledge including technical features and fit.
• Close sales while building lasting relationships with guests.
• Suggest complementary products and services to enhance adventures.
• Operate POS systems to process transactions smoothly.
