Sturtevant's is seeking a Softgoods Sales Associate to help guests look good and ride strong on the mountain. You’ll leverage your passion for skiing or snowboarding, fashion sense, and product knowledge to deliver outstanding guest experiences while driving sales and maintaining our softgoods collection.

You’ll welcome guests, engage through friendly conversations, and showcase gear features. The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility with shifts, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Willing to work holidays and weekends.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Interest in skiing or snowboarding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with energy and enthusiasm during shopping.
• Engage with customers to understand style and needs.
• Share knowledge about technical features, fit, and mountain performance.
• Close sales and build authentic relationships with guests.
