Compensation: $3,000 seasonal stipend + $25/hour for winter training

About the Opportunity

DYBA is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Head Softball Coach to lead either a 10U or 12U travel softball team for the upcoming season. This is an excellent opportunity for a coach who is passionate about player development, creating a positive team culture, and helping young athletes build confidence and a love for the game.

Schedule

• In-Season: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays
• Winter Training: Additional coaching opportunities at $25/hour
