Qualifications

• Previous softball playing and/or coaching experience preferred.
• Experience working with youth athletes is a plus.

• Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate practices focused on skill development.
• Coach games while promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and a competitive mindset.

Compensation: $3,000 seasonal stipend + $25/hour for winter training

Schedule

• In-Season: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays
• Winter Training: Additional coaching opportunities at $25/hour
