Job summary

A local sports academy in Santa Monica is seeking an outgoing and energetic Softball Coach to lead practices and drills for players from elementary to high school. The ideal candidate has a background in fastpitch sports or coaching and a passion for teaching fundamentals. Responsibilities include designing age-appropriate workouts, providing guidance, and managing team administration. Previous coaching experience and first aid certification are preferred. This role offers valuable work experience and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience coaching children/students is preferred.
• Comfortable with speaking to and educating parents.
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred but not required.
• First aid and CPR-certified.
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.

We are seeking an outgoing and energetic Softball Coach to join our team! As a Coach, you will design and lead age‑appropriate practices and drills, offer guidance and mentorship, and assist with team administration. If you have a fastpitch sports or coaching background and want to make a real difference in the lives of players, we want to hear from you! We coach players from elementary to high school.
