Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1–3 years of work experience in athletics or college sports recruitment.
• Master's degree preferred.

• Assist Head Coach in recruitment of prospective student‑athletes.

• Coordinate travel, scheduling, and game logistics.
• Support marketing, clinics, and leadership development initiatives.
