Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant coaching/athletic experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience with recruiting and student-athlete development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pitching staff development and mentoring within the men's baseball program.
• Assist with practices, strength and conditioning, and player discipline.
• Recruit talented student-athletes through scouting and evaluation.
• Manage recruiting database and communicate program values to prospects.
• Plan daily practices and contribute to game strategy and lineups.
• Coordinate travel logistics, fundraising, and team events.
• Assist with field prep and other duties as assigned.
