Job summary

Dickinson College Athletics is seeking a dedicated softball assistant who supports the Head Coach in recruitment, practices, and game planning. You will help recruit talented student-athletes, coordinate practices, monitor skill development, and assist with scouting and video analysis.

Responsibilities include coordinating academic schedules, communicating program values, and supporting travel, meals, fundraising, and marketing efforts. Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 1–3 years work experience preferred.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Aid Head Coach in recruitment of student-athletes and communication with families.
• Assist in coordinating daily team practices and game strategy.
• Manage Front Rush/Slate database and track prospective recruits.
