Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of independent work experience in athletics or coaching.
• Experience in recruiting student-athletes and coordinating team travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee softball program operations and mentor pitchers.
• Assist with practice planning, game prep, and in-game decision making.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and manage recruiting databases.
• Organize team travel, logistics, and fundraising support.
• Contribute to marketing and community outreach for the program.
