County College of Morris seeks an Assistant Coach to support the Head Coach in all facets of the athletic program, including practice, competition, and post-season play.

The role requires weekend and some overnight travel, participation in safety and security duties, and representation at open houses and department events as directed by the Athletic Director. A strong commitment to team development is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Head Coach in organizing team practice and competition, including pre-season and post-season.
• Represent the program by attending CCM Open Houses, coaches’ meetings, and department functions as assigned by Athletic Director.
• Participate in weekends and overnight games and possible National Tournaments.
• Serve as one of the college’s Campus Security Authorities, reporting to Public Safety any potentially criminal activities.
• Other duties as specified by Athletic Director.
