Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble treat items quickly and accurately in accordance with Dairy Queen recipes and brand standards.
• Ensure all products meet company quality, appearance, and portion standards before being served.
• Maintain awareness of customer needs and deliver exceptional service with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Operate and maintain chill equipment safely and in compliance with guidelines.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and tools used in treat preparation.
• Participate in daily cleaning tasks and assist with facility upkeep as needed.
• Work collaboratively with coworkers to ensure smooth shift operations and quality guest experiences.
• Actively engage with customers and promote sampling of treat items when appropriate.
