Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble treat items quickly and accurately in accordance with Dairy Queen recipes and brand standards.
• Ensure all products meet quality, appearance, and portion standards before serving.
• Maintain awareness of customer needs and deliver exceptional service with a positive attitude.
• Operate and maintain chill equipment safely and in compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and tools used in treat preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the chill station and front-of-house areas.
• Complete assigned prep work and ensure the chill station is stocked for each shift.
• Follow product rotation procedures to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
• Participate in daily cleaning tasks and assist with facility upkeep as needed.
• Work collaboratively with coworkers and managers to ensure smooth shift operations.
• Communicate clearly with team members to ensure accurate order preparation.
• Promptly report any equipment issues, customer concerns, or unusual situations to a supervisor.
• Actively engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Support the promotion and sampling of treat items when appropriate.
