Job summary

Binion's Gambling Hall & Hotel seeks a Soft Count supervisor to manage and maintain Soft Count functions across Four Queens and Binion's, including sorting, counting and recording kiosk, drop box, and bill validator contents per Nevada Gaming Control Board procedures.

Responsibilities include staffing guides, payroll oversight, regulatory compliance, and maintaining accurate employee records, with weekend/early-morning shifts and the ability to work in a high-noise, smoke-influenced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic required.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English; legible handwriting.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain regulatory permits.

Responsibilities

• Prepares schedules and staffing guides for Soft Count personnel.
• Ensures Nevada Gaming Control Board regulations are followed.
• Oversees documentation of employee work history and attendance.
• Oversees proper accounting of kiosks, table game and bill validator drop boxes.
• Addresses employee concerns and performs other duties as assigned.
