Binion's Gambling Hall in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Soft Count Supervisor responsible for maintaining and managing the Soft Count functions at Binion's and Four Queens. You will sort, count and record kiosk contents, table game drops, and bill validator drops following NV Gaming Control Board procedures.

Responsibilities include scheduling Soft Count staff, monitoring payroll against budget, ensuring regulatory compliance, documenting employee history, and handling sensitive cash accounts.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English; HS diploma or equivalent; legible handwriting.
• Must work weekends and early mornings; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepares schedules and staffing guides for Soft Count personnel.
• Assists in maintaining payroll costs as budgeted.
• Ensures that all applicable Nevada Gaming Control Board regulations are followed.
• Oversees the accurate documentation of employee work history.
• Oversees the proper accounting of the contents of all kiosks, table game drop boxes and bill validator drop boxes.
• Addresses all employee concerns.
• Other duties as assigned.
