Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be 21 years old and able to obtain required permits.
• Work includes weekends and early mornings.
• Must stand for extended periods and tolerate noise and smoke.

Responsibilities

• Prepares schedules and staffing guides for Soft Count personnel.
• Assists in maintaining payroll costs as budgeted.
• Ensures Nevada Gaming Control Board regulations are followed.
• Oversees documentation of employee work history (attendance, discipline, vacations, leaves).
• Oversees proper accounting of kiosk, table game drop boxes and bill validator drops.
• Addresses employee concerns and other duties as assigned.
