Responsibilities

• Attend meetings during duty hours and in professional settings.
• Review research and apply best practices in suicide prevention programming.
• Apply social work methods including interviewing and assessment for treatment planning.
• Consult with medical personnel, legal authorities, and military leaders as required.
• Provide clinical supervision of unlicensed providers or trainees.
• Monitor compliance with SOCOM SP Directive and related policies.
• Support development of suicide prevention policies and interventions.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate with care teams.
