Job summary

KBR, Inc. is hiring a Special Operations Strength and Conditioning Specialist in Coronado, CA to develop and manage strength and conditioning programs for SOF personnel.

You will work under the HP program framework, coordinating with staff to maximize performance while maintaining safety and compliance. The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, active CSCS or SCCC certification, and 5+ years of relevant experience in high-performance athletic settings, including deployment contexts.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication, both written and oral.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• CSCS or SCCC certification must be maintained as part of qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct physical training for SOF personnel; design, evaluate and document training effects.
• Coordinate training programs with HP staff and ensure safe return to training after injuries.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental requirements and maintain training records.
