Job summary

KBR is seeking a Special Operations Strength and Conditioning Specialist at Homestead ARB, FL. This role requires US citizenship, a DoD Secret clearance (or ability to obtain), and NSCA CSCS or CSCCa certification.

You will design and oversee SOF-specific training programs to maximize performance while coordinating with medical and sports science staff. The position includes relocation assistance, 5+ years of applicable experience, and a commitment to safety, documentation, and ongoing

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required.
DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
Bachelor’s Degree in an accredited exercise science, health science, or physical education-related discipline.
Maintain CSCS or SCCC certification as an enduring requirement.
Fluent oral and written communication skills in English.
Current CPR to include AED training.
Physically capable to demonstrate exercises and hike rough terrain, lift up to 25 kg.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate and instruct on physical training, exercises, movements, and injury avoidance.
Design, administer, evaluate, and document physical training protocols for SOF personnel.
Coordinate programs with HP staff for safe return to training after injury.
Refer medical concerns to providers for evaluation and treatment.
Collaborate with sports medicine, mental performance, and nutrition teams.
Develop and promulgate training materials and SOPs for HP program.
Maintain records of utilization, workload, and training activities.
Attend required trainings and meetings to ensure compliance and knowledge sharing.
