This role supports U.S. Special Operations Command by optimizing performance and readiness of Special Operations Forces through evidence-based training initiatives. Qualifications
10 years of experience developing performance programs for athletes.
Current CPR and AED training certification.
Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.
Responsibilities
Administer strength and conditioning protocols for SOF personnel.
Design and evaluate training programs under supervision.
Collect and report data on training effectiveness.
Skills
Ability to demonstrate prescribed exercises / techniques
Ability to hike over rough terrain
Ability to lift and manipulate loads up to 25 kilograms
Education
Master’s Degree in an accredited exercise science, health science, or physical education-related discipline
Current NSCA CSCS certification or CSCCa SCCC certification
