Job summary

KBR in Coronado, CA is seeking a Stellar Strength and Conditioning Specialist to establish and administer effective training protocols designed to maximize SOF personnel performance, prioritizing Operators and Direct Combat Support teams. You will design, implement, document, and coordinate conditioning programs, collaborate with HP staff on injury rehab and return-to-training plans, ensure safety, and maintain compliance with certifications and training requirements.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Secret or Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree in an accredited exercise science, health science, or physical education-related discipline.
• CSCS or CSCCa certification maintained.
• 5+ years coordinating sport/mission-specific performance programs at high-level units.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and instruct physical training, movements, and injury avoidance.
• Design, administer, evaluate and document training protocols for SOF personnel in garrison, TDY/TAD, or deployment.
• Coordinate training programs with HP staff to ensure safe return-to-training after injury.
• Refer personnel with medical conditions to a medical provider for evaluation.
