Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior Strength and Conditioning Specialist to lead and refine evidence-based strength and conditioning programs for SOF personnel, enhancing performance and recovery. You will oversee analytics, supervise staff, and coordinate with medical and cognitive teams to maintain high standards of safety and effectiveness.

The role requires a Master’s degree, seven years of experience, and CSCS or CSCCA certification, with CPR/AED.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field with 7+ years of experience.
• Current NSCA CSCS or CSCCA SCCC certification.
• CPR/AED certification current.

Responsibilities

• Lead strength and conditioning for SOF, designing evidence-based programs.
• Monitor performance with analytics and adjust plans.
• Coordinate training with medical and cognitive teams.
• Ensure safety and compliance with contracts and regulations.
