Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC in Coronado, CA is seeking a Reserve Assignment Coordinator to support SEAL/SWCC and UAS teams. The role focuses on administrative tasks, data tracking, and onboarding activities for personnel transitioning between Active and Reserve components.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree with extensive Navy experience, demonstrate strong MS Office skills, and maintain a SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid state driver's license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• SECRET Security Clearance.
• Experience with Navy SELRES affiliation policies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist program managers with administrative tasks to move service members from Active to Reserve.
• Engage Career Counselors to identify potential reservists.
• Develop and report metrics based on manning levels for SEAL/SWCC and UAS.
• Maintain a tracking system for outreach and progression milestones.
• Support onboarding processes for UAS personnel at SEAL Teams 17 & 18.
• Maintain a Reserve Component PRD tracker to time onboarding.
• Coordinate policy interpretation with NAVY/DOF stakeholders.
