Job summary

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in Fayetteville, NC (and Lexington, KY) is seeking a Program Director to oversee the SOF GLSS 2 S3 portfolio, including FOSOV platforms and maritime systems. The role directs cost, schedule and technical performance across multiple programs and prepares strategic plans with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Life Cycle Sustainment (LCSM) and development efforts for Ground and/or Maritime programs.
• Experience leading large, diverse portfolio sustainment and logistics programs.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing multiple task orders in an IDIQ environment.
• Ability to manage short duration, high priority projects related to cost, schedule and performance.
• Ability to develop proposals, Statements of Work and project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
• Coordinates recruitment, training, performance assessment and work assignments for program staff.
• Manages cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or major subsystems.
• Negotiates contracts and contract changes; prepares proposals and budgets.
• Acts as primary customer contact and leads reviews on cost, schedule and technical performance.
