Maximus is seeking a Business Manager to support the POTFF program, translating priorities into disciplined execution across physical, psychological, cognitive, social, and family performance domains. This role ensures day-to-day operations align with contract requirements and customer objectives in a defense/government context.

The position requires U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five years in program management or related function within defense or regulated environment.
• Experience budgeting, financial oversight, resource planning, and procurement.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of federal contracting and compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects and planning artifacts.
• Oversee large multi-project programs across teams.
• Develop and maintain project work plans and metrics.
• Identify resources and assign responsibilities.
• Monitor compliance with regulations and policies.
• Build relationships with government customers and vendors.
